Photographic Education and Other Information

Michiko Mitsuyasu lived in the Washington metropolitan, USA area more than forty years. Most of her activities remained in this region. She received Associate Degree in Photography with Magna Cum Laude from Northern Virginia Community College, where she held teacher’s assistant position for two semesters. She also studied at the Corcoran School of Fine Art., Washington DC.

She is a member of the Torpedo Factory Artist Association since 1997. She once had a studio in the Torpedo Factory Art Center, Alexandria, VA.
